(About me)

Before UX, I worked in academia, digging into questions like, "What makes some social groups cohere vs. break-up?" and "Which types of incentives  best predict a political vs performative behavior?"

Now I use those analytical skills to crack open wicked problems, like containerizing Petabyte-sized data-lakes for LLM consumption (and other stuff).

Also, Oro (the dog) is getting pretty good at our agility training!

(Current fascinations: evolutionary biology and memetics, language learning, and stress-testing AI models. Ask me about the time I jumped out of a speeding bus. . And yes I had a mohawk.)

Favorite books

(and quotes to ponder)

“Paying attention is a form of reciprocity with the living world, receiving the gifts with open eyes and open heart.”

~ Robin Wall Kimmerer

“The greater the uncertainty, the bigger the gap between what you can measure and what matters, the more you should watch out for overfitting - that is, the more you should prefer simplicity”

~ Tom Griffiths

... yes I've actually
read all of
those books
